Jan Kleinhesselink, RN. Chief Quality Officer of Lincoln (Neb.) Surgical Hospital. Ms. Kleinhesselink is the chief quality officer of Lincoln Surgical Hospital, a nine-operating-room surgical specialty hospital. Under her leadership, the hospital earned CMS' five-star Overall Hospital Quality Star Rating and HealthStream's Excellence through Insight Award. She is responsible for the medical records department as well as the hospital's ER, and oversees laboratory services, quality improvement, risk management, safety and infection prevention. Before joining Lincoln Surgical Hospital, Ms. Kleinhesselink was director of quality services for Sioux Falls (S.D.) Surgical Center and Surgical Management Professionals. She has experience developing and managing ASCs and specialty hospitals.
