Beth Zachary. Senior Vice President of Adventist Health and President and CEO of Adventist Health/Southern California Region (Roseville, Calif.). As senior vice president of Adventist Health and president and CEO of its Southern California region, Ms. Zachary is tasked with bringing together all the healthcare businesses within the system — which includes physician services, urgent care clinics, primary care centers, hospitals, skilled nursing centers, home care and hospice services — to foster a competitive and focused organization. Her region includes Glendale Adventist Medical Center, San Joaquin Community Hospital, Simi Valley Hospital and White Memorial Medical Center, as well as a supporting physician organization that provides options for members, such as a medical group, an independent practice association and a clinically integrated network. While holding these posts, Ms. Zachary also served as president and CEO of the Los Angeles-based White Memorial Medical Center, a 354-bed safety-net and teaching hospital, from 2001 to 2015, where she completed a 10-year campus rebuild that meets the state's rigorous seismic standards.
