Pamela Banchy, RN. CIO and Vice President of Clinical Informatics and Transformation of Western Reserve Hospital (Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio). Ms. Banchy has worked in healthcare for 30 years, 15 of which focused on health IT. Ms. Banchy led the planning, implementation and launch of Western Reserve Hospital's EMR system and has guided all regulatory reporting, expansion and operations of the system. Under her leadership, Western Reserve Hospital was named among the nation's "Most Wired" hospitals by the American Hospital Association, and Health Management Technology named Ms. Banchy a "CIO Superstar" in 2016.
