Cynthia Moore-Hardy. President and CEO of Lake Health (Concord Township, Ohio). Ms. Moore-Hardy has been at the helm of Lake Health as president and CEO since 1997, prior to which she led the hospital as executive vice president and COO. She has been with the system since 1988. Under her leadership, Lake Health has grown from six to 14 facilities, has captured more than half of the local market and has "A" bond ratings. She implemented a lean program in 2012 that has saved over $11 million. She has earned a number of awards over the years and was most recently inducted into the Northeast Ohio Business Hall of Fame. Ms. Moore-Hardy serves as the 2016 board chair of the Ohio Hospital Association and is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She has an MBA from Cleveland State University.
