Adrienne Boissy, MD. Chief Experience Officer of Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Boissy became CXO of Cleveland Clinic in January 2015. In addition to her executive role, she is a practicing staff physician at the Cleveland Clinic Mellen Center for Multiple Sclerosis, holds a secondary appointment in the Center for Ethics, Humanities and Spiritual Care, and actively serves as editor-in-chief of the Journal of Patient Experience. Previously, Dr. Boissy served as the medical director of the Center for Excellence in Healthcare Communication. She also guided the development of patient advisory councils across the Cleveland Clinic Health System and is active in the Cleveland Clinic Professionalism Council.
