Dean M. Harrison. President and CEO of Northwestern Memorial HealthCare (Chicago). Mr. Harrison joined NMHC, the primary teaching affiliate of Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and parent system of Northwestern Memorial Hospital, in 1998. Since joining NMHC, he helped form Northwestern Medicine, a partnership between the medical school and health system to become an academic medical center. He has taken on broader leadership in the industry, as Mr. Harrison was chair-elect of the Illinois Hospital Association and 2013-2015 community impact chair for the United Way of Metropolitan United, to name just a few positions. In 2010, he received the CEO Leadership Circle of Excellence Award for Diversity from the Chicago Minority Enterprise Development Council.
