Roland Garcia. Senior Vice President and CIO of Baptist Health (Jacksonville, Fla.). Mr. Garcia took on the role of senior vice president and CIO of Baptist Health in 2001. Since then, he's led the EHR implementation at Jacksonville-based Baptist Medical Center South and then across the Baptist Health system. Previously, he was vice president and CIO of Pensacola, Fla.-based Baptist Health Care.
