Laurie H. Glimcher, MD. President and CEO of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and CEO of Dana-Farber/Partners Cancer Care (Boston). Dr. Glimcher is president and CEO of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, CEO of Dana-Farber/Partners CancerCare, director of Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center and a trustee of Dana-Farber/Children's Hospital Cancer Care. As a leader in the field of oncology and innovation, she was selected to help develop former Vice President Joe Biden's Moonshot initiative, which launched in 2016. Before joining Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Dr. Glimcher was the Stephen and Suzanne Weiss Dean of New York-based Weill Cornell Medical College. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and won the American Association of Physicians' Kober Medal in 2017, which honors individuals who have made an enormous impact on internal medicine.
