Penny Wheeler, MD. President and CEO of Allina Health (Minneapolis). A board-certified OB-GYN, Dr. Wheeler took the helm at Allina Health in 2015. In addition, she chairs the Minnesota Community Measurement board and serves on the board of Portico Healthnet, which helps uninsured Minnesotans get access to healthcare services. Dr. Wheeler previously served as Allina Health's chief clinical officer, president of Minneapolis-based Abbott Northwestern Hospital's medical staff, chairperson of the Allina Health Quality Committee and a member of the Allina Health board of directors.
