Premier Health ACO of Ohio (Dayton). Premier Health ACO of Ohio joined the Medicare Shared Savings Program in 2012 and transitioned into the Next Generation ACO Model in 2017. Premier Health ACO also covers a preferred provider network. More than 50 medical groups serving 20,000-plus lives participate in the Premier Health ACO of Ohio.
