Partners HealthCare (Needham, Mass.). Boston-based Partners HealthCare has two ACOs: one that participates in the Next Generation ACO model and Partners Care Connect, a Medicaid ACO. Partners ACO participated in the Pioneer ACO model for four years, saving roughly $32 million, before transitioning to the Next Generation ACO Model in 2017.
