Henry Ford Physician ACO (Detroit). Henry Ford Physician ACO launched Jan. 1, 2016. The ACO is comprised of more than 1,000 physicians, six hospitals and dozens of medical centers and clinics. Henry Ford Physician ACO participates in the Next Generation ACO Model and covers 20,000 Medicare patients in Southeast Michigan.
