Banner Health Network (Mesa, Ariz.). Banner Health Network includes more than 5,000 providers that serve 400,000 patients in Arizona. The ACO is a Track 3 Medicare Shared Savings Program participant. BHN scored 95.23 percent in quality and earned more than $24.5 million in shared savings in the 2015 performance year. The ACO has also collaborated with commercial payers, including Cigna and Aetna.
