Allina Health (Minneapolis). Allina Health's ACO, officially Allina Integrated Medical Network, joined the Pioneer ACO Model in 2012 and transitioned to the Next Generation ACO Model in 2017. Allina Integrated Medical Network ACO includes more than 564 primary care providers and more than 1,500 specialists. In January 2017, Allina Health partnered with Aetna to create a jointly owned health plan company, Allina Health and Aetna Insurance Company, to offer coverage in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.
