Accountable Care Coalition of Southeast Wisconsin (Milwaukee). Accountable Care Coalition of Southeast Wisconsin renewed participation in the Medicare Shared Savings Program in 2016 in partnership with Milwaukee-based Independent Physicians Network. Collaborative Health Systems, a WellCare company, manages the ACO, which currently includes more than 85 provider groups. The ACO covers beneficiaries in Milwaukee, Sheboygan and Kenosha. For the 2015 reporting year, Accountable Care Coalition of Southeast Wisconsin reported $7.8 million in shared savings.
