Russ Branzell. President and CEO of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (Ann Arbor, Mich.). Mr. Branzell is the president and CEO of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives and affiliate associations, as well as the executive director of the CHIME Education Foundation and CHIME Foundation. He joined CHIME as the president and CEO in April 2013 after spending time as CEO of Fort Collins-based Colorado Health Medical Group and CIO of Poudre Valley Health System. A retired U.S. Air Force member, Mr. Branzell has served in several leadership positions within the Air Force, including CIO for the Air Mobility Command Surgeon General's Office. Mr. Branzell earned the 2010 CHIME State Advocacy Award and spent four years on the CHIME board.
