Matthew Chambers. CIO of Baylor Scott & White Health (Dallas). In 2014, Baylor Scott & White Health named Mr. Chambers CIO responsible for managing the system's IT infrastructure, programs, security and department staff. He also oversees the health system's next-generation clinical architecture, allowing BSWH to meet the Triple Aim. Daily efforts focus on leading initiatives to transform the system's technology department and adapt to customer needs, as well as identifying cost efficiencies. He was previously CIO for Scott & White Healthcare before the system merged with Baylor, and held IT leadership positions at KPMG.
