Sheldon M. Retchin, MD. Executive Vice President of Health Sciences at Ohio State University and CEO of OSU Wexner Medical Center (Columbus). Dr. Retchin served as senior vice president for Health Sciences at VCU and CEO of the VCU Health System in Richmond before taking on his current positions at OSU. He was recently appointed to the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission by the U.S. comptroller general, is a board-certified internist, a fellow of the American College of Physicians and has published more than 90 articles, chapters and books on the costs, quality and outcomes of care.
