Nanette Mickiewicz, MD. President of Dominican Hospital (Santa Cruz, Calif.). Prior to being appointed the hospital's first physician CEO in 2007, Dr. Mickiewicz served as CMO and was a member of the executive leadership team at Dominican. She is an internal medicine and infectious disease specialist and is on the hospital's board of directors. Dr. Mickiewicz still works as a full-time physician, having served on Dominican Hospital's medical staff for 13 years.
