Imran Andrabi, MD. President, CEO and Chief Network Integration Officer of Mercy Health-Toledo (Ohio). In addition to his role as president, CEO and chief network integration officer of Mercy Health-Toledo, Dr. Andrabi is chairman of the board for Mercy Health Physicians, representing more than 1,300 employed physicians and mid-level providers across Ohio and Kentucky. In his current position he is responsible for the development of the Clinically Integrated Network for Mercy Health's northern market, expansion of the Mercy Health ACO, heading the population health management system and overseeing regional academic programs in graduate and undergraduate education and research. Dr. Andrabi previously served as COO for St. Charles Hospital in Toledo, Ohio, and CEO for St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo.
