Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center (Hartford, Conn.). The Connecticut Joint Replacement Institute was founded at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in 2007 and was an early adopter of bundled payments. The hospital was also among the first to enter data into the American Joint Replacement Registry national database. U.S. News & World Report rated Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center as high performing in knee and hip replacement in its common care ratings this year.
