Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center (Houston). This 444-bed hospital has more than 1,100 affiliated medical staff physicians and has served west Houston since 1971. The hospital has a new Center for Advanced Orthopedics, which is a dedicated orthopedic facility and includes the Memorial Hermann Joint Center and Ironman Sports Medicine Institute at Memorial City. Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center was named among the top 100 hospitals in the nation for orthopedic care by CareChex for 2017, a Blue Distinction Center+ for Knee and Hip Replacement by the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and was rated high performing in hip and knee replacement by U.S. News & World Report for 2016-17.
