Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia was ranked as the No. 3 pediatric cancer hospital in the nation for 2015-16 by U.S. News & World Report. The hospital's Center for Childhood Cancer Research was established in 2007 as a highly integrated basic, translational and clinical research environment dedicated to eradicating cancer in children. The Center for Childhood Cancer Research works in collaboration with the pediatric oncology program of the Abramson Cancer Center of the University of Pennsylvania to grow research efforts in cancer survivorship.
