Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin has a reputation for engaging in cutting-edge neurosurgical and spine research to bring patients the most advanced care possible. The hospital currently has five neurosurgery-focused and nine brain- and spine-focused clinical trials available to patients. Each year, the neurosurgery department at Froedtert Hospital performs more than 3,500 procedures and 100 Gamma Knife stereotactic radiosurgical cases.
