Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital, part of the three-hospital Roper St. Francis health system, houses the Roper St. Francis Brain & Spine Tumor Clinic. The clinic's patients have access to clinical trials through the hospital's partnership with the Levine Cancer Institute, a Charlotte, N.C.-based facility with more than 25 locations across the Carolinas. CareChex ranked the hospital among the top 100 hospitals in the nation for spine surgery and No. 3 in South Carolina for spinal surgery and spinal fusion in 2018.
