Lehigh Valley Hospital is part of the Lehigh Valley Health Network, which has several orthopedic centers under its umbrella throughout Allentown and Bethlehem, Pa. The newest Lehigh Valley Health Network hospital, the Center for Orthopedic Medicine-Tilghman in Allentown, exceeded its Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems targets in every tracked area for the 2015 fiscal year, representing the most recent data available. In 2017, CareChex ranked Lehigh Valley Health Network's flagship hospital, Allentown-based Lehigh Valley Hospital, No. 2 in Pennsylvania for major orthopedic surgery, and Blue Cross Blue Shield Association designated the hospital a Blue Distinction Center+ for knee and hip replacement.
