Dennis Lund, MD. CMO of Lucile Packard Children's Hospital (Palo Alto, Calif.). In addition to serving as CMO of Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, Dr. Lund is the Elizabeth Wood Dunlevie Endowed Professor in Pediatric Clinical Affairs at Stanford (Calif.) Medicine. He is also the associate dean of the faculty for pediatrics and obstetrics at Stanford University School of Medicine. His prior experience includes time as executive vice president and surgeon-in-chief at Phoenix Children's Hospital and general surgery division chairman at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has previously served as a member of the American College of Surgeons' Pediatric Surgery Advisory Council and treasurer of the American Pediatric Surgical Association.
