Carolinas Medical Center-Mercy (Charlotte, N.C.). Physicians at the Women's Center for Pelvic Health at Carolinas Medical Center-Mercy — part of Charlotte-based Carolinas HealthCare System — treat conditions including urinary incontinence, pelvic floor disorders and vulvar-vaginal disorders. The hospital also features the CMC Women's Institute, offering high-risk pregnancy care through one of the few comprehensive fetal care programs in the region — the Charlotte Fetal Care Center. This year Carolinas Medical Center-Mercy earned the Baby-Friendly designation from Baby-Friendly USA and was named among the Women's Choice Award best breast centers in America.
