Dana-Farber/Boston Children's Cancer and Blood Disorders Center. This renowned joint center has been ranked No. 1 in the nation for pediatric cancer care by U.S. News & World Report three years running, most recently in 2016-17. The partnership of two Harvard Medical School affiliates — Boston Children’s Hospital and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute — has been caring for pediatric oncology and hematology patients since 1947. The joint center offers pediatric brain tumor survivors treatment at its Outcomes Clinic where patients are provided educational resources and services to help them meet the challenges that often arise after surviving a brain or spinal tumor — survivors need not have received prior treatment at Dana-Farber/Boston Children's in order to be seen at the clinic.
