Carol Freer, MD. CMO of Penn State Hershey Medical Center. Dr. Freer joined Penn State Hershey Medical Center as an associate professor of medicine in 2008 before being appointed vice chair for clinical affairs in 2009 and CMO in 2012. She has been in practice, specializing in infectious disease, for 37 years.
