Integris Baptist Medical Center (Oklahoma City). Founded in 1959, Integris Baptist Medical Center now encompasses eight centers of excellence, including the Nazih Zuhdi Transplant Institute. The medical center was the first in Oklahoma to perform a human heart transplant and in 2009, participated in the nation's first six-way, multi-hospital, domino kidney transplant, sending a kidney to Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. U.S. News & World Report ranked the 511-bed Integris Baptist Medical Center No. 1 among Oklahoma hospitals in its 2016-17 rankings.
