Community Hospital of Anaconda (Mont.). This critical access hospital has served the Anaconda-Deer Lodge County and Southwest Montana since 1889. Community Hospital of Anaconda earned numerous accolades in 2015, including being named a HealthStrong Top Hospital by iVantage. CHA was also named a Top 100 Critical Access Hospital for the fifth year in a row in 2015. CareChex ranked CHA within the top 10 hospitals in the state in overall hospital and surgical care this year and the Mountain Pacific Quality Health Foundation recognized the hospital with the Highest Quality Award for the tenth consecutive year.
