Shane Winters. Director of IT at Jersey Community Hospital (Jerseyville, Ill.). Mr. Winters became director of IT at Jersey Community Hospital in September 2016 after serving as manager of server and storage operations at St. Louis University. In his previous role, Mr. Winter was responsible for the strategic and architectural direction of enterprise information systems and oversaw server system compliance to government regulations.
