Larry Barnes. Vice President of IT at Salina (Kan.) Regional Health Center. Mr. Barnes is responsible for all information services and telecommunications as vice president of IT at Salina Regional Health Center, a 393-bed facility. He joined Salina Regional in 2004 after serving as CIO of a Texas-based health system. He guided Salina Regional through the end of its hospital information system implementation, which went live in 2007. Hospitals & Health Networks named Salina Regional Health Center among Health Care's Most Wired in 2017.
