Angela Burgess. CIO of Randolph Health (Asheboro, N.C.). Ms. Burgess joined the 145-bed Randolph Health in 1999 as director of operations and decision support before becoming CIO in 2008. She has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, which includes time spent leading Randolph Health through EHR selection and implementation. Health Data Management named Ms. Burgess one of the Most Powerful Women in Healthcare Information Technology in 2017.
