- Thirty-eight percent of respondents reported having problems retaining IT employees.
- Seventy-three percent of respondents reported having difficulty hiring Epic-certified professionals.
- Fifty-five percent of respondents are taking at least three measures, including increasing base pay rates, offering retention bonuses, and providing additional education and training, to address their attraction and retention issues with IT professionals.
