A tentative contract agreement has been reached between New London, Conn.-based Lawrence + Memorial Hospital and AFT Connecticut, according to a report by The Day.
A ratification vote on the contact will wrap up at 6 p.m. EST Monday. Details of the contract will be revealed after the vote, according to the report.
The two groups had been at an impasse for weeks leading up to this announcement.
The contract expired Nov. 16, and then about 800 of the hospital's unionized nurses and technicians went on a four-day strike starting Nov. 27 last year. When nurses returned to work after the strike, they were locked out from the hospital until Dec. 19.
