Health Recovery Solutions released the 2018 award recipients from its Telehealth Honors program June 27.
The second annual Telehealth Honors awards individuals for the successful use of telehealth in home-based care settings such as home health, hospice, palliative care, assisted living and acute care transition models.
Here are the 2018 recipients, presented in alphabetical order by first name:
- Anne Carle, RN, clinical coordinator of telehealth at Cornerstone VNA, a home health service in Rochester, N.H.
- Beth Reed, RN, Frederick (Md.) Memorial Hospital
- Creed Rollins, BSN, RN, Columbus-based Ohio Living Home Health and Hospice
- Lisa Hogan, RN, Frederick (Md.) Memorial Hospital
- Mandy Phillips, LPN, Columbus-based Ohio Living Home Health and Hospice
- Shawn Murphy, RN, Detroit-based Henry Ford Health System
