Chief Executive Officer Charles Mills is part of the family that owns Medline, which was founded in 1966. He started as a sales representative in 1986 and rose through the ranks before becoming the CEO in 1997. He was at IBM for two years before working at Medline.
Chief Marketing Officer Tim Abate previously worked at Kimberly-Clark for nearly 14 years before joining Medline in 2012.
International Group President Tripp Amdur was in the Peace Corps as a secondary school teacher for about two years and a management trainee at American National Bank for a year before starting his work at Medline, where he's been for about three decades.
Executive Vice President Jim Boyle rose from senior account manager, trainer and sales representative to his current position in the last 27 years.
Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer Sujata Dayal worked at Abbott Laboratories and Johnson & Johnson before joining Medline in 2020. She is also the independent board director at Emergent BioSolutions.
Chief Financial Officer Mike Drazin was at Illinois Tool Works for nearly 10 years before joining Medline in 2018.
