Mark Faulkner, a 38-year veteran of Mass General Brigham Hospital in Boston, has been named president of GCB Medical Supply.
The company said Oct. 12 that Mr. Faulkner, who most recently served as senior director of strategic supply chain and sourcing at Mass General Brigham, will be responsible for GCB Medical Supply's business development, managing and growing its team and managing distributor and group purchasing organization relationships.
GCB Medical Supply is a woman-owned manufacturer and distributor of medical supplies. During the pandemic, the company has supplied personal protective equipment to major health systems, including Mass General Brigham, Boston Children's Hospital, Duke Health in Durham, N.C., Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City and MedStar Health in Columbia, Md., according to a GCB news release.
