Felicia Stokes, JD, RN. Senior Policy Advisor for the American Nurses Association. Ms. Stokes is the American Nurses Association Center for Ethics and Human Rights' senior policy advisor, a position that allows her to share expertise in public policy on ethical issues. She served on the board of directors for the American Society for Bioethics Humanities Nurse Affinity Group and has expertise in bioethics, nursing ethics and substance use disorders. Outside of her professional roles, Ms. Stokes is an associate editor for the Journal of Bioethical Inquiry. The National Minority Quality Forum recognized Ms. Stokes with the 40 Under 40 Leaders in Health Award for 2017.
