Michael Archuleta. Director of IT of Mt. San Rafael Hospital (Trinidad, Colo.). In 2012, at age 27, Mr. Archuleta was appointed director of IT for Mt. San Rafael, a critical access hospital nearly 200 miles south of Denver. At the time of his appointment, Mt. San Rafael had no health IT team, data center or cybersecurity plan. Mr. Archuleta has since led the hospital to achieve stage 2 of meaningful use. In addition to serving as an active member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives, Mr. Archuleta was recently selected to serve on the Netapp Neural Network CXO advisory board.
