Brian Lovdahl. CFO of Baldwin (Wis.) Area Medical Center. When Mr. Lovdahl took the CFO position at Baldwin Area Medical Center in 2012, the organization was $11 million in debt and had less than 50 days of cash on hand. The then-29-year-old turned things around by restructuring revenue streams and reducing costs. Due to his efforts, BAMC increased cash on hand by 400 percent, paid its debt and contributed $7 million to the construction of a new $42 million facility. Before joining BAMC, Mr. Lovdahl served as CFO and vice president of Tioga (N.D.) Medical Center.
