Al Campbell. COO of Nexus Health (Oxon Hill, Md.) and Fort Washington (Md.) Medical Center. Mr. Campbell took on the COO position at Nexus Health and Fort Washington Medical Center in December 2015. He is responsible for overall operations and leading the direction of key operating systems. Before joining Nexus, he served as executive administrator at Cheverly, Md.-based Dimensions Healthcare System, as well as COO and vice president of quality, risk and ancillary services at Specialty Hospitals of Washington, D.C. He is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves as co-chair of the National Association of Healthcare Service Executives' 2016 Educational Conference Committee.
