Health outcomes are highest in Massachusetts, according to personal finance website WalletHub.
WalletHub compared all 50 states and the District of Columbia across 43 different measures of healthcare cost, accessibility and outcomes. Measures related to health outcomes included infant mortality rate, life expectancy, percentage of 30-day readmissions to hospitals and share of nonimmunized children.
