Millennial employees are less likely to cite creativity and fun as "extremely important" to them when applying for jobs, according to a recent analysis by job search platform Indeed.
To determine the top-rated workplaces, Indeed analyzed data from the website's 72 million company ratings and reviews. Members of the age group identified companies from several different industries, including finance, security, healthcare and tech, among others.
Of the 25 top-rated companies, two health systems and several pharmaceutical companies made the cut, including the Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic, which was also recently ranked among Forbes' best employers for new graduates.
