Hawaii is the healthiest state for seniors in the U.S., according to a 2019 health rankings report by United Health Foundation.
The "America's Health Rankings Senior Report" provides a snapshot of the healthiest states for seniors using 34 measures, including affordability of healthcare, risk of social isolation and smoking habits or policies.
The 10 healthiest states:

9. Maine
10. Wisconsin

1. Mississippi
2. Kentucky
