Through a new partnership, Houma, La.-based Terrebonne General Health System is leveraging AI in its radiology service line for the early detection and treatment of lung nodules.
With Inflo Health technology, patients who require additional care will be identified and automatically followed up with after imaging is complete, according to a Nov. 13 health system news release shared with Becker's.
While the program will initially focus on the early detection, monitoring and management of lung nodules, the system plans to expand the technology into other areas of disease detection and treatment.
