The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute has announced plans to award up to $81 million in funding for patient-centered comparative clinical effectiveness research in its second year of funding.
The funding will support PCORI's five research priorities:
• Assessment of prevention, diagnosis and treatment options
• Improving healthcare systems
• Communication and dissemination
• Addressing disparities
• Accelerating patient-centered outcomes research and methodological research
Letters of intent are due June 15, and applications are due August 15.
