PCORI Awards $30M for 50 Patient-Centered Research Projects

The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute announced the approval of 50 research funding awards totaling $30 million over two years.

The grants were awarded through PCORI's Pilot Projects Program, which will address methods for engaging patients in the health research and dissemination process.


The projects were chosen based on their scientific merit and rigor and their fit within the program's eight areas of interest, according to the release.
